Beginning June 16, the YMCA of Coastal Carolina launched a full lineup of group fitness classes in Conway at The Hub (2431 Hwy 501). With a dedicated YMCA studio, a maximum of 15 participants per class, and instruction led by certified local fitness professionals, these classes offer a welcoming, high-quality fitness experience right in your community.
Registration is required – limited space available.
Weekly Class Schedule:
💪 Total Body Strength
Strengthen and tone your entire body using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. Perfect for all fitness levels.

🧘 Yoga I
Breathe, stretch, and flow through beginner-friendly yoga designed to improve flexibility, alignment, and peace of mind.
🗓 Tuesdays at 11:45 AM
💃 Zumba®
Dance to Latin-inspired beats in this high-energy cardio workout that’s all about fun and movement — no dance experience needed.
🗓 Mondays at 5:30 PM
🗓 Wednesdays at 10:00 AM & 5:30 PM
🗓 Thursdays at 11:45 AM
🥁 Pound®
Channel your inner rockstar in this rhythmic, drumstick-driven full-body cardio session that will leave you feeling empowered.
