Claire Chapin Epps Birthday Party Packages
Birthday Parties are 2 hours in length, with 1 hour in the pool and 1 hour in the party room. Dates are for Saturdays only, from 12:30-2:30. You are permitted to come in 30 minutes prior to start time to set up and have 30 minutes afterwards clean up. We do require that clean-up begins at 2:30 to ensure we can get the space clean and organized prior to the building’s closure at 3:00.
All guests, ages 15 and up, must provide photo ID to enter the building.
All children, ages 12 and under, must take a swim test OR have an adult in the water within arms reach if they wish to swim beyond their assigned zones. Lifejackets are available upon request, but require an adult to be in the water within arms reach.
Inflatable pool toys/flotation devices are not permitted.
A staff attendant will be available to assist and direct, as needed.
Tiers are as follows:
- Tier 1 = Party Room and pool, total of 2hr. @ $150 M and $225 NM
- Tier 2 = Party Room w/ paper products and pool, total of 2hr. @ $190 M and $285 NM

Tier 1 – $100 during Pool Hours / $150 outside Pool Hours

B. Additional Information 1. A step up from Tier 1 with added amenities 2. Includes paper products and ice cream 3. Suitable for mid-sized groups
Tier 3 – $196 during Pool Hours / $294 outside Pool Hours
A. Inclusions 1. Party host 2. Party room with tables and chairs 3. Paper products 4. Decorations (customer selects a theme) 5. Pizza 6. Drinks 7. Ice cream 8. Lifeguard 9. 2.5 hours of pool time
B. Additional Information 1. Premium package with extensive amenities 2. Customizable with themed decorations 3. Ideal for larger gatherings and elaborate celebrations

All participants must have a current medical and photo release on file with the Pawleys Y prior to the party. All adults must provide a photo ID card for a Raptor background check.
Birthday Party Packages (Add $100 for after-hour parties past 3:00pm on Saturdays.)
Option 1– Gym Party
$100 Members/$175 Non-Members
1. 30 minute set up & 30 minute clean up
2.1 hour of gym time
