- 12 Weeks / 1 session per week
- Must be 18 or older
- Provides tools, common knowledge, and group support to help you develop a nutrition and exercise plan that works for you.
Each week participants will weigh in, be introduced to a new topic relevant to weight loss, discuss as a group successes/challenges/suggestions around the weekly topic, and develop goals for the upcoming week. Topics covered during the program include: nutrition, physical activity, positive psychology, goal setting, sustainability, stress and sleep.

- Improve your mental health & mood
- Improve your daily abilities & prevent falls
- Increase your chances of living longer
*Minimum of 6 people for the program to operate with groups no larger than 10 people*
