Claire Chapin Epps Birthday Party Packages

Birthday Parties are 2 hours in length, with 1 hour in the pool and 1 hour in the party room. Dates are for Saturdays and Sundays only. Saturdays @ 12:30pm-2:30pm or Sunday @ 2:00pm-4:00pm. You are permitted to come in 30 minutes prior to start time to set up and have 30 minutes afterwards clean up. We do require that clean-up begins adirectly at the end of the party to ensure we can get the space clean and organized prior to the building’s closure.

All guests, ages 15 and up, must provide photo ID to enter the building.

All children, ages 12 and under, must take a swim test OR have an adult in the water within arms reach if they wish to swim beyond their assigned zones. Lifejackets are available upon request, but require an adult to be in the water within arms reach.

Inflatable pool toys/flotation devices are not permitted.

A staff attendant will be available to assist and direct, as needed.

Tiers are as follows:

• Tier 1 = Party Room and pool, total of 2hr. @ $150 M and $225 NM
• Tier 2 = Party Room w/ paper products and pool, total of 2hr. @ $200 M and $300 NM

All participants must have a current medical and photo release on file with the Pawleys Y prior to the party. All adults must provide a photo ID card for a Raptor background check.

1. 30 minute set up & 30 minute clean up

Option 2 – Pool Party

$125 Members/$200 Non-Members

1. 30 minute set up & 30 minute clean up

2.  Party Host/Lifeguard

3. 1 hour of pool time

4. 45 min in party room with tables and chairs

*20 swimmer limit

Yay! We hear you are coming to a party at the Y…

Please help make the party day run as smoothly as possible.

• All participants (adult and child) must have a current medical and photo release on file with the Pawleys Y prior to the party.
• Click the party below that you are planning to attend and go through the registration process. If you are a member, have been a member, or have participated in a program at one of our Coastal Carolina centers, you should be in our system already (make sure you have checked “all branches”). Add the names of the other members of your family that will also be attending to the same account. You will need to know their correct birthdate.
• If you are not in our system, you will add complete the process to register for the party as a non-member participant. If you and are having trouble registering online, please call the welcome center during business hours (843)237-2205 ext. 3 or come by the Y and we can help add you. Leave a message if our staff is busy helping others at the welcome center, and someone will get back to you.
• All adults planning to stay for the party, who are not members, must bring a photo ID on the day of the party for a Raptor background check. Please arrive up to 15 minutes early.
• If your party is a pool party, don’t forget to wear your suit under your clothes, bring a change of clothes, and a towel (goggles are fun, too). There will be a lifeguard on duty. All children, ages 12 and under, must take a swim test OR wear a coast guard approved lifejacket and have an adult in the water within arm’s reach. We have lifejackets and puddle jumpers available for use. Inflatable pool toys/flotation devices are not permitted.
• Remember that non-member party participants are only allowed in designated party areas.
