NFL Flag Football
No doubt about it. This is football country. Whether you bleed teal, orange, or garnet, or prefer the Panthers, nearly everyone spends their fall weekends watching football. Add another game to your list, and get your son or daughter involved on the gridiron with NFL FLAG Football.
NFL FLAG is the premier youth flag football league for boys and girls ages 5-14. The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning life lessons in teamwork.
BASIC INFO
- Ages 5-12 as of August 31, 2024
- Co-ed, all abilities and skill levels welcome
- Children will be split into 3 divisions: U6/8 | U10 | U13 | 1-hour practices are on Mondays & Tuesdays at Tidelands Health Georgetown Family YMCA .
- 45-minute games are on Wednesday & Thursday’s at the Tidelands Health Georgetown Family YMCA.
- Utilizing the NFL Flag Football Rules and Standards for 5 on 5 play
- This is an instructional league, the main focus of practice, drills, and games will be on skill development
- All participants, coaches, parents, and guardians will be held to the Ys code of conduct

Program Overview: Join us for an exciting season of NFL Flag Football at the Georgetown YMCA. This program is designed to provide a fun and inclusive environment for youth to learn and enjoy the game of football. Participants will engage in skill-building practices and showcase their talents in regular season games, leading up to the highly anticipated end-of-season bowl games.

- Practice Start Date: Week of May 27th – 29th
- Regular Season Games: Wednesday/Thursday evenings – June 4th thru July 17th
