Our Jumpstart Preschool, located at the Claire Chapin Epps Family YMCA in Myrtle Beach, offers a safe, nurturing environment where children ages 2–4 can explore, grow, and develop foundational skills that prepare them for kindergarten and beyond.
In every class, children build confidence, independence, and social skills while engaging in hands-on activities that spark imagination and discovery.
Program Details

Ages: 2–4 years
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Registration Fee: One-time, non-refundable fee of $50
Snacks & Supplies: Provided daily
Daily Activities Include:
Play & Socialization – Building friendships and teamwork through play.
Arts & Creativity – Encouraging imagination through crafts, music, and movement.
Science & Discovery – Exploring nature, problem-solving, and curiosity.
Mathematics & Literacy – Early number and letter recognition through games and stories.
Fine & Gross Motor Skills – Movement-based learning that supports physical growth.
Emotional Health – Building self-esteem and a sense of belonging.
Indoor & Outdoor Fitness – Promoting healthy habits through daily activity.
Field Trips (TBD) – Connecting classroom learning to real-world experiences.
