Regular exercise is one component of a healthy lifestyle that can help reduce stress and prevent illness. While we would love to see you at the Y, we honor and respect each individual’s choice with regard to your health during this time. If you are unable to join us at one of our facilities, we have a variety of at-home exercise options for members.

Dear Valued Member,

We hope you are doing well and that you are enjoying the classes, activities and programs offered to you from the YMCA.

At this time, we are asking you to scan in to our virtual YMCA and record your punch pass for the week of May 10-May 16. Our staff will keep track of all your activities and once you complete your punch pass, you will be entered to win the basket for April!  The more you do, the better your chances to WIN!
