Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a unique practice that involves holding restful postures for several minutes at a time and relies on the support of props like bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps. The practice is done completely down on the floor and is good for all levels of Yoga students. Breathing techniques, meditation and Yoga Nidra will also be incorporated.
